To Be or Not to Be (The Hitler Rap) was filmed and made for the movie of the same name, but was cut from the film due to length. For whatever reason the song was a hit in several countries and was featured on Top of the Pops as seen above. Norway thought it was especially funny, where it went #1 for several weeks.
